Online Dispute Resolution — European Portal

For disputes arising from contracts entered into online, the European Commission provides the following portal Consumer Redress in the EU, available at:

https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/

This portal replaces the previous ODR Platform (which was discontinued on July 20, 2025, following the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). Through this portal, consumers residing in the European Union can obtain information about consumer dispute resolution bodies in the Member States and access the available resolution mechanisms.
